Heavy fault · 5 points

Art. 22bis singles out one group for extra care inside a woonerf. Which?

  1. Older people
  2. Cyclists
  3. Children
  4. Delivery drivers

The answer

C — Children

Why

Art. 22bis, first paragraph, 2° ends with the sentence that drivers must moreover take double care towards children. Breaching it is a third-degree offence under art. 3, 15° of the KB of 30 September 2005.

Why not

  • A Art. 7.1 names them, but art. 22bis names children.
  • B Cyclists are covered by the general duty, not by this sentence.
  • D They are not a protected group anywhere in the article.
